How do I download a second return for my parent? Logged in, but there I can't find a way to download a second federal or state return?

Did you use a different account and user ID for your parent?  If you used the same account and user ID then your own return overwrote the parent return and is lost for good.  When you use online TurboTax you get ONE return per fee.

If you are just in the wrong account for your parents' return:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
