How do I delete Other Deductible Expenses line item from my deductions?

I don't know which form I need to delete in my forms, and when I try to click Edit in the deductions tab, I don't any option to remove the numbers I put in earlier, just more questions.

From the Federal menu, try these steps:

• Under Deductions & Credits, expand the menu for Other Deductions and Credits
• Click Revisit next to anything that may have been started or entered
• Review your entries or delete as necessary

You may also try deleting forms:

1. Under Tax Tools, choose Tools
2. Choose Delete a Form
3. Scroll through your return until you find Miscellaneous deductions worksheets, click Delete to the right of the form
4. Confirm that you wish to delete the form

I'm using TT Premier, on-line. I need to edit the Federal "other deductible expenses" inquiry, which shows a deduction of $2,304. I need to change this number, but I don't see this number in any of the following questions or information in this section. How , or where, do I access this number/entry? I really don't want to delete any forms if possible, I just want to change this entry. Note this entry was *not* made originally through the standard inquiry pages, but came up only as a question when the returns where being reviewed, and I have never seen a method for changing the input after the review. These are investment software expenses and charges. Thank you.

My version of 2022 TurboTax Deluxe doesn't have either "Tax Tools" or "Delete A Form" under the "Tools" button. I have searched the "Topic List" and found what I believe was the solution. No, opening this option takes me to a screen about "generation skipping". Since I haven't been able to find a solution, I'm starting a new return. A real bummer!

Looks like you are using TurboTax CD/Download software. To view a list of forms that are in your return, click on the Forms button located in the right-hand corner of the screen you are on in the pic you provided.  This will take you into Forms Mode.  There you can make changes to forms or delete any unnecessary forms in your return.  Please see this FAQ for more information: What is Forms Mode?
