You can also check with your financial institution to verify whether or not a payment was made.

How do I correct my e-file rejected tax return due to non filing of 8962 form?
I have checked my account with the bank and the amount I owe as taxes has not been deducted when I filed the return so I can say that taxes I owe have not been paid to IRS. But since IRS shows 0$ balance tax due so unless I know the taxes due (which would be the taxes due plus interest plus penalty) so how would I make a payment to IRS without knowing how much I need to pay.

what about payment due to IRS? How do I know how much owe to IRS? How the payment to IRS will be done? I contacted support but they were not able to provide a clear answer either as to how do I make the payment to IRS for the taxes (taxes plus interest plus penalty) I owe to them?

Always print a copy of your completed tax return for your records, and review it carefully before e-Filing.
You will need it if you are audited by the IRS, or to amend if a TurboTax update changes your return or for any other reason,
AND, to find your AGI next year.
Your Form 1040 will show the "amount you owe".
If there is an amount there you will know it beforehand since TurboTax will ask you how you intend to pay that when you file.
If there is a penalty for late filing, IRS will send you a bill later.
Any TurboTax support person should know that.
