How do I clear form and start my taxes over

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Does not work as I don't have the tax tool tab or the left side of this online link. it doesn't give me these options.

I would suggest that you schedule a callback with a TurboTax expert to get this resolved.  

The expert will be able to see your TurboTax screens to guide you screen-by-screen and offer advice.

Then select 'Contact us'
