How can I start over on my Ohio W-2?

Delete your OH state return.  When you are signed in your return, click on State on the left menu and then click on Your State Returns at the top of the page.  You can then use the Delete button to remove that return.  Once it is gone, you can start over by clicking on State in the left menu again.
