How can I print out my 2018 return or save it as a PDF? The "Tax Home" button on my screen does not work. I cannot find the "Take me to my tax return" button.

Assuming the you have either paid the TurboTax online account fees with a credit card or have filed the 2018 federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

This does not work if you only filed an Extension and did not complete your full tax return in TurboTax.

The Tax Home button just throws a java:void(0) error - yes I've cleared all history, cache, enabled, java, flash and tried several browsers with no success.

I just want to print or pdf my extension that was Approved and Filed back in April.

@TechGurlSF After selecting Tax Home you should been directed to a web page that states Take me to my return,  Follow the instructions to print the Form 4868 extension request as shown in this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-my-4868-extension-form-after-e-filing...

If that procedure does not work and since you have gone through the trouble shooting procedure for this problem then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.

Click on Tax Home and there is no Take me to my return.

Its all buttons to start a new return.  If I scroll down to my past returns, nothing for 2018, only 2107 and prior.

Shouldn't be this difficult.

Then you are not signing onto the online account for 2018 with the exact same User ID you used to create the 2018 account.

On my prior post I asked you to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.  Did you ever contact support?
