It looks like you are using Live Deluxe , a feature of which is on-demand access to a live CPA/EA tax expert by phone at TurboTax Support.

 

Here's how to use the Live feature you paid for to schedule a call for live help. 

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
