Foreign earned income change for 2019, prorated?

Hello,

I've been looking for this answer, but have yet to find it.  I have heard from several unreliable sources that in 2019, you can claim the foreign earned income exemption for individual months you have worked outside of the U.S., instead of having to have stayed outside the U.S. for the 330 days.  I've looked on the IRS website, and it doesn't spell this out.  If you can give me a definitive answer, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

Foreign earned income change for 2019, prorated?

That is a false rumor ... nothing has changed except the exclusion amount that is adjusted each year :
