Just FYI, the IRS had suspended processing refunds while issuing Stimulus payments.  Good news is that the Stimulus payments are well on the way and refunds will start processing again soon.

Sorry that you are having an issue with the IRS.  TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus checks.  TurboTax is a tax preparation platform.  If you have submitted your return to the IRS, then TurboTax is out of the picture.  IRS is forbidden to discuss your information with TurboTax because of privacy laws

I did my online taxes with turbo tax and the IRS sent me a letter saying there was a mistake so they adjusted it. The problem is they never included my 600 for my stimulus check . They only sent me 506.00 . I don't have have the information anymore. So how do I get my 600 they were suppose to send me. My name is Barry a Mayer Jr

You never got the second 600 check?  Like maybe after you filed?

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you. Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

@Sugarpie123 A refund for 2018?   And you are just now asking about it?   You can ask to have a trace put on it.
