Tax Year Prior to 2020: Estimated federal tax return

When you go through the program and enter in your tax data, TurboTax will calculate the amount of your federal and state refund as you go along. When you have completed the return, you will get a final amount that is either your refund or your taxes owed for both the IRS and your state.

Tax Year Prior to 2020: Estimated federal tax return

So what do you do when the estimated return doesn't  reflect both federal and state? It is only showing the federal amount as my return with the deductions of fees and totalling it from my federal return. It states nothing about my state return??
