Efiled months ago - IRS took the money I owed them, but none for me :(

I efiled my federal taxes two months ago and the irs already took the money I owed from my bank account on the 15th of April, but I received no stimulus money? Why? When I efiled through the turbotax application, my bank account is there? Does the irs have that account as well?

No, if you had a balance due then you will have to update your direct deposit information.

You can check on your stimulus payment and update your direct deposit information with the IRS "Get My Payment" application. Please visit Get My Payment
