E-file

I finished my taxes for 2020 and I am trying to e-file. It says the IRS will use my 2019 adjusted gross income to confirm that it's me. I just amended my 2019 taxes which changed my adjusted gross income and I have to mail it. So, I wanted to know if they will use my old AGI to verify me since the amendment has not been sent yet.

They will try to match your AGI with the AGI that is already in the system--not an AGI that has changed and has not even been filed.  Remember also that many 2019 returns were processed late or slowly and the IRS does not have everyone's 2019 AGI in the system.   If it rejects for AGI, try using zero instead.
