Duplicate Mortgage Interest

While working on my 2018 taxes, I noticed two entries for my mortgage company transferred from my 2017 taxes. When I checked my 2017 tax forms, the mortgage interest sheet was submitted twice instead of once. I am certain I did not enter my mortgage information twice, but have no idea how it would have duplicated my mortgage information. I will file an amendment for my 2017 taxes. Just wanted to get this out there in case there was some sort of glitch and others hadn't noticed something similar on their returns.

Did you by chance enter information in the Home Office or Rental Property section(s)?  Just trying to identify the source.  Thanks.
