Did not file for 2018 or 2019, do I still get a stimulus check?

I did not file for 2018 because I earned less then $500 for that year, and I did not need to file for taxes that year. For 2019 I was paid under the table, so I cannot do my taxes for that year. Do I still get a stimulus check ? If so what do I need to do in order to get it?

the fact you were paid under the table does not relieve you of your filing obligation!  Even for 2018 you might have been required to file in you didn't get a w-2 but made $400 or more. 

as of now the IRS hads not provided a means for nonfilers for 2018 and/or 19 to get stimulus.
