If you have an offset the IRS will divert your refund before it is sent for payment of your TurboTax fees. If you would like a deferment please contact us to inquire if you are eligible.

I was charge $107 for the 2020 software  on 12/07 but have not received the download. I also did not request the software. you just charged me anyway.

We thought we had automatic renewal of Turbotax Deluxe edition (CD) to send to our home.  We have not seen any information/confirmation of such order.  What happened?

You can check your subscription status by doing the following: 

 

  1. Sign in to TurboTax Advantage.
  2. Select TurboTax Advantage on the right side of your screen.
    • If you only see Sign up now, your subscription is already canceled or you're in the wrong account. Use our Account Recovery tool to get a list of all your TurboTax accounts, then sign in under the right account.
