I was charge $107 for the 2020 software on 12/07 but have not received the download. I also did not request the software. you just charged me anyway.

My online Turbo Tax "product" does not work. You technician could not fix it and I requested a refund for the "product" and I have not received it. How do I proceed to get my money back????
