This is NOT helpful when your tax expert isn't responding to you through the online chat!  How else can you get help or change experts???!!!  @MichelleLO

The best thing to do is to contact Turbotax support to request to change your tax expert. We don't have access to that information over the public forum. 

What is the TurboTax phone number?
