cant download Turbotax 2018

Bought 2018 on line but can't download it.   What gives?

Just saying "It don't work" isn't going to get you a useful response. Readers see your post and then just move on to the next post since you've not provided anything for the reader to work with.

Did you pay for the online version of TurboTax 2018? If so, there's nothing to download. If you purchased the CD/Desktop version of TurboTax 2018, then where did you purchase it online? Amazon? Bust Buy? TurboTax directly? Somewhere else? How do you know you can't download it? What are you doing and what happens when you do it? Are you on Windows 10?

The readers in this forum are not going to guess. They'll move on to another post that has enough pertinent information in it for them to work with. So if you'll provide that information, if I can't help I'm sure another who might be able to help will jump in here.

Ok. More detail. I bought TurboTax 2018 on the Intuit web site - bought the download version. Got a receipt and it shows on my cc bill. When I go to the download page, it’s there along with some of my purchases from prior years. On a Windows 10 computer, the downloads all appear greyed out and nothing happens when I click on it.

That's a TurboTax issue with your account or their website then. Telephone support will not be open until Wednesday the 26th so you're kinda "out there" until then.
