I cannot access my old account because I recently got married and the account hand an old phone number that is no longer active. I do not posses a photo ID with my old last name.

The best option we have available in the community is the self service option that requires you to fill out and submit a form for account recovery. I can answer all of that I just do not have a photo ID with my long last name on it.
That's fine, fill out the information and use whatever address you would have had on the account last and submit it with your current ID.
