SAME!!! I just want to pay so I can file my taxes let me sign in! Let us know what's going on please support team!!

Cannot sign in to my account

I have used Turbo several years. I clicked on last year's return desktop icon and was routed to a page that said I needed a search engine update. I use chrome and updated it anyway. Didn't do any good. The update request page came up again. Is there any way to access my account?
