I'm trying to update my phone number in my account. I do NOT have access to my old number due to switching to a new number. The old is dead.
However, to update my phone number in my account, the system is requiring that I verify with a text or call to my old number.
There seems to be no way around this and I cannot verify with my old number because there is no longer access.
Of course, there's no actual support for this either. What do I do?
