If you never finished (paid and filed) your 2020 return in an online version of TurboTax, it has been purged from the system.

It was not purged however if the return was not finished and the TT fees paid then you will have to use the 2020 downloaded program and you should be able to download the .tax2020 file to continue from where you left off ...

A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
