Can not download my 2018 federal tax return. i can download the state return, but not the federal.

Use Print Center

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

that does not answer my question  I purchased Turbo Tax Premier  the disk does not load

I guess you don't understand what I am asking.  I'm not doing my tax return on line, I want to load the program that I bought and prepare on my computer but the disk will not load.  Is this something you can help with?
