Can I send my taxes to somebody's else acount ?

If you are asking if you can have your refund deposited into an account that your name is not on ... then although it is not forbidden by the IRS the bank will most likely refuse the deposit due to banking regulations which means it could take an extra 3 weeks or more to get the check mailed to the address on the return ... best to NOT do this.

No.  If your name is not on the account the bank will reject it.  Then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.
