I don't have an email with the product code.  Please resend. 
Also, at my rrsteffen account, TurboTax does not show that I filed with TurboTax in 2021. So I may have two accounts. Both TurboTax and Intuit have been rrsteffen. I really need to speak to a person to solve both problems,

If you purchased your tax software from Amazon you need to deal with Amazon--TurboTax will not know about a purchase you made with an outside retailer.

As for your online account:

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Also...if you filed using the desktop version for 2021 taxes?

.....then an "Online" tax account does not show that you filed for 2021, because it only shows those who filed using the "Online" product.
