Can I Install Different States On Two Computers For Free?

If I install and activate TurboTax Home and Business 2019 on two computers, can I download and install different states on each computer for free?  In other words, is the free state download tied to the computer or the activation code?

Good question.  We don't know yet.  But if you need to do 2 different states for the same federal return that won't work.
