If you have not filed yet, you can delete the Innocent spouse form (8857).

After you have deleted the Innocent Spouse form using the instructions provided by bluedeb, use the following steps to create the Injured Spouse Form 8379 to be filed with your return.

Be careful as you go through the section and be sure you are answering questions for Injured spouse, not Innocent spouse.  Also, pay close attention to who is referred to as the Injured spouse as it can become confusing.  

Use these steps to go directly to that section of your return:

• On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
• This opens a box where you can type in “injured spouse” (be sure to enter exactly as shown here) and click the magnifying glass (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax, click Find)
• The search results will give you an option to “Jump to injured spouse”
• Click on the blue “Jump to injured spouse” link and enter your information
