I work a full-time W2 job. 3-4 times during the week I drive from this full-time job, ~ 3 miles, to a non-related, part-time W2 waitress/server position. I pay $2/ea shift in parking fees at my part-time job.
I used to be able to claim the mileage driven between the two jobs, based on that year's reimbursable per mile amount. Can I still do this? Can I claim the parking costs at the part-time job, too? I know that I cannot claim mileage or parking expenses getting to/at my full-time job. Thank you!

Employee business expenses are not deductible on a Federal tax return due to the tax code changes effective for tax years 2018 thru 2025.
Yes you are able to claim the transportation cost between Job 1 and Job 2 as long as you travel from one to the other w/o going home. Best to use standard mileage + any tolls, parking fees, etc
But they are deductible in various states and for various local tax returns, i.e. Pennsylvania for one
Yes you can claim mileage (and parking fees) for your commute to the second job from your main full time job. The rule is that you cannot deduct commuting mileage to your home to first job site, and also from the last job site to your home.
