Can I change my filing status from efile to mail without paying fee?

I want to mail my return instead of efile but its still asking me to pay.  Can I just print instead?  No one answers the Turbo Tax number.  It just keeps looping.

You still have to pay even if you file by mail.    You cannot print until your TurboTax fees are paid in full.  The fees are for using the software--not for e-filing.   So the fees are the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.
