Both my state and federal taxes are done and posted as accepted. I need a return advance to help with an emergency that arose do to weather, where can I get it?

In order to get a refund advance through TurboTax you needed to request that as part of the filing process.  Once filed/accepted the option has passed.  

If you signed up and were approved for the advance during e-file, you will get your pre-paid card in the mail in 5-10 business days.
