Automated phone service consistently acknoledges "P" as "T" can't enter email to verify my account. How do I speak with someone online to resolve this?

This is not helpful at all.... The customer support asks for an email, when I say my email it can't recognize it and hangs up instantly. There is no where to go with phone support if you're having trouble getting into phone support.

Have you tried to type your email instead of saying it since the voice recognition is not working out for you?

Use this website to contact TurboTax support during business hours - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

On the contact website Edit the product to CD/Download and the edition to Deluxe.  On the following screen enter your personal information and then click on the blue button labeled Get Phone Number

The phone service specifically asks you to "say" or "spell" your email. Typing it on a smartphone is not an option.
