At the end of filing my federal taxes, Turbotax online indicated there were forms I had to mail to the IRS. However, the system was down, and I never got them generated.

I can find no way to get back to that screen; I'd don't even know what form(s) it was going to create for me to mail in.

look for form 8453 which should list those forms

If there are forms to be mailed after e-filing the federal tax return (not common) they will be shown on the Filing Instructions page for the federal return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
