Are the electronic forms for the 2024 tax return available? We placed an order on December 1, 2024 and have not yet received them. Are they coming soon?

I spoke to a gentleman named Patrick on December 1, 2024 and placed an order for the electronic version. He said it would be available in January 2025. Are they coming soon?

The 2024 software has been available for several months.   There is no CD being sent out this year.   The desktop software is a download.   Did you pay as a subscriber to the Advantage program?

How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?

For TurboTax CD/Download purchases, once you’ve received an order confirmation for your purchase, follow these instructions to download your TurboTax software:

1. Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
2. On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
3. Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it

4. Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file

Did you pay anything or get charged?  I wonder who you called?  They don't take orders on the phone.  Are you asking about the Turbo Tax Desktop software to prepare your tax return?    You're not in Canada are you?  And the Desktop program was available since early November.
