Anyone know how to fix the message that the 1099 G needs review? all info is entered but still says needs review?

have checked all numbers. There is no place to enter payers tin or recipients tin. Thats the only information not entered on Turbo tax that is on the 1099 G.  This is for Ohio

The Payer's ID is on the very first screen when you start the entry for unemployment from the 1099-G.  Go back and enter the Payer ID or delete the 1099-G and re-enter.
