Ammending 2021 tax return - says I need to upgrade to Turbo Tax Live Premier in order to do crypto. When I press upgrade it just keeps refreshing with the same message

It keeps saying "you need to upgrade" after the page refreshes

Were you using Live Basic previously?

The Live function may have something to do with not being able to upgrade to a higher Live version.

Yes I was. What should I do?
