No, you cannot file a 2019 tax return from your mobile device since tax year 2019 is not over until after 12/31/2019.

A 2018 tax return cam be completed  and e-filed using the online editions, which includes mobile, on or before October 15, 2019.  After that date the online editions will be shutting down and the 2018 tax return will only be able to be completed and filed using one of the desktop editions and can only be printed and mailed after 10/15/19.
