All past Turbotax files disabled from prior years plus current 2020 disc I attempted to install. Restored backup after ice storm crashed hard drive. How to correct?

Believe Turbotax disabled  past files copies thinking were illegal since they were restored with a backup after power failure crashed computer hard drive.  Would like Turbotax to correct problem.

Got refund from Sam's Club for 2020 Turbotax software disabled by Turbotax.  Am now a user of H R Block software for tax preparation.  Turbotax is paranoid about possible illegal use of copies of their software.
