AGS for the year ending 2018

In 2018 initially I submitted electronically AGS as $185171 and IRS accepted it . Since I missed entering one of the 1099R for an amount  $6418, I submitted an amended 1040X return using Turbotax and I had to separately pay $128 to IRS as they already refunded direct deposit based on the original amount of $185171. In the amended return 1040X the correct amount of $191589 is reported and the amount I owe to IRS of $128 was attached by a check with the amended return.

Perhaps IRS or your files are using only 1040 old version. The correct amount of  $191589  can be seen in the 1040X file which was also generated only using turbotax

AGS for the year ending 2018

If you amended your 2018 tax return you will use the AGI from the unamended 2018 tax return when you file your 2019 tax return.
