I got rejection from IRS for my Federal and state,the reason is AGI didn't match ,I E filed last year andAGI was transferred from software. I also checked with 1040 from 2018 which line 7 is same amount that I keyed in.

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Using the TurboTax online editions there are no e-file charges, federal or state.  The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  The account fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
