1099DIV from etrade to turbotax: Why won't/can't turbotax access etrade info?

Turbotax won't (or etrade won't) access etrade despite verified etrade username & password. Need 1099DIV. How?

1099-DIV is a simple document you can enter manually.

Log on to your E-Trade account if you don't have the 1099-DIV in front of you.
