Quicken Import to TurboTax - Erroneous data in Social Security income

When I import from Quicken (into TurboTax Premier 2021), the social security income amounts for Self and Spouse are incorrect, by exactly $6.  The errors are offsetting; the imported number for "Self" is $6 higher than actual and the number for "Spouse" is $6 lower.   The Tax Summary and Tax Schedule reports within Quicken both show the correct transactions and sums for the year (matching my SSA-1099 forms).  A detailed Category report also shows the correct amounts.

Can anyone explain why TurboTax is importing something different than reflected in Quicken?  Is there any way to examine the underlying import details (the actual monthly transactions) to attempt to diagnose the error?

This is probably a bug.

not sure why you'd want to import your Quicken data into Turbotax..... as the 'official' social security income comes on Form SSA-1099.

Importing data from other than the original generator of the income (banks, mutual fund companies, social security administration, etc.) is a VERY risky venture.

Also, even if a bug, unlikely anything will come of it as Intuit / TUrbo tax and Quicken have been separate companies for a number of years now.  Yes, originally Turbo Tax and Quicken were Intuit products.

It's probably due to the rounding on each month.  Don't import Social Security.  Enter it directly from the SSA-1099 you get.  There was another post asking exactly the same thing earlier this year.

Found the other post.  Rounding error.  See this post

Much appreciated!  This is valuable knowledge to have when performing (and auditing) ANY import to TurboTax.  Thanks!
