The tag below your question says that you are using TurboTax Online. There is no QuickZoom in TurboTax Online. QuickZoom is only available in forms mode in TurboTax Desktop. There is no forms mode in TurboTax Online.
What do you mean by "I am told"? Who told you? And what is "it" that needs to be fixed? If you got a message in TurboTax, what is the entire exact message, word for word, and where in TurboTax do you get the message?
QuickZoom in TurboTax only works in the Desktop/CD/Download version, not the online version. It is used to fix errors before filing. To fix it, switch to "Forms Mode" by clicking the "Forms" icon at the top right of your TurboTax screen, locate your form and click the QuickZoom button.
As rjs mentions above if you are using TurboTax Online you will not be able to use this feature. You will have to fix the data in the step-by-step interview or switch to the desktop version. See: How do I switch from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop?
