**Tax Year 2018 or earlier** Question on support

Yes - alimony received is also called "spousal support', and should be reported on your return.

To see where to enter alimony received in TurboTax, please see the following TurboTax FAQ, "Does alimony count as income?":

Child support, however, does not need to be reported on your return.
