Qualified Business Income question for Landlord

I am getting asked this question after completing the Rental income & expense section of TurboTax.

How should I answer this and how will it impact my taxes?

I am a retired landlord with 2 rental properties. This is in 2018 TurboTax. B/c I run a loss, I haven't bothered filing past years returns. I am now getting around to filing all these old returns.
