Q: Regarding Federal Tax/Your 2025 Income Summary/Interest and Dividends/1099-DIV: From my paper 1099-DIV I entered the amount ($368) into TurboTax both box 1a & 1b … the result on the Summary is a total of $767 … Why is TurboTax doubling the moneys I actually received and what do I do to only report the $368 I actually received?

I suggest you preview your Form 1040. To do so:
You should see the $368 in both lines 3a and 3b. The amount in 3b is the amount that is included in your total income on line 9.
On your 1099-DIV, Box 1a includes amounts reported in box 1b. The Qualified dividends in box 1b are the portion of Ordinary dividends in box 1a that qualify for the reduced capital gains tax rate.
Double would only be 736. There might be another form you entered like a K-1. Go back though and check all your 1099Int and 1099Div forms. Maybe you entered a interest as a dividend. Did you import any forms? It might have imported wrong.
ANSWER: Operator error… I entered the 1099-DIV twice. Deleted the extra entry and the correct value appears.
