Purchased new MacBook computer with no disc drive. Previously purchased disc version of Premier 2016. Can I download same program on new computer with no further cost?

I am so sorry that the new computer does not have a CD drive. I am including the contact information for TurboTax customer service. The agent will be able to push a Download to you at no cost.
