Program stuck in a loop

When we try to file we get to the page to pay to file and get a message saying TurboTax needs to save our return. Afterwards we're sent back to the same pay to file page, click on pay with card, hit continue and get the same "TurboTax has to save your return" message.  How can we get past this?
