I just tried importing brokerage information from an investment company for 2025 Turbo Tax Premier. It appears the link was successful with the investment company and the Turbo Tax message said the information was processed successfully. But when I went into the Turbo tax program, nothing was updated for this brokerage account. When I tried to restart the program, it appears the data is in there initially and then goes away as the program starts. Not sure what else to do.

Hi there! What institution are you importing from? Thanks!
Charles Schwab. Turbo Tax and the financial institution are connected and confirmed by Turbo Tax, but the information is not importing into Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax said to try again today (2/15) due to consolidated 1099 issues. I tried to import again today and it still would not work.
Thanks for the reply and for your patience on import. After some research, I recommend manually entering the information. If you're willing to wait, try import at the end of the month (Feb 2026) to see if the institution and TurboTax are connecting.
Have TT Deluxe. Have button to import my 1099B. But won't work. Saying to enter manually my many trades not an option as I have limited sight
If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:
If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:

Thank you Catina. I think that worked. I tried the view site approach and it looks like the import was successful.
Thanks!
I have a similar problem - TT Premiere found and imported the various 1099s (B, INT, DIV, etc., but it did NOT actually import all the dollar amounts on the 1099s properly. It was really hit or miss if it populated all the different boxes with the amounts on my 1099s (some were fine - some were missing info).
Additionally, it actually duplicated several of the 1099's it imported, meaning I had to go though it ALL, delete the duplicates, and manually inspect the info it did import. What's the point of importing after all this? Seems like something is very wrong since this all worked every other year I have imported.
