Problem With E-Filing Federal taxes

"Let's make sure everything is accurate
We're close to finishing up to e-file. But we found a couple little things on your federal return that need fixing.
Let's take care of these now.
If you're not able to fix these issues, you will return to this screen and you can print the return by selecting File by Mail."

I am met with this prompt every time I try to e-file. When I choose "Fix My Federal Return" it brings me to
"Check This Entry
Schedule E worksheet (rental address) Yes, 1099s were filed should be blank if 1099s were not required

It only gives me options to check
[] Yes, 1099s were filed

And prompts me to "Complete for all properties" tab

If yes, did you or will you file all required Form(s) 1099? Yes or No

No matter what options I choose it brings me back to the same problem when trying to e-file
thus stuck in a continuous loop and the only way to fix this I fear is to file my federal taxes by mail but this leads me to the problem of having to file my state taxes by mail as well but the direct withdrawal from my bank account is scheduled for today. I am so lost I dont not know what to do. Turbo Tax has also already charged my account for this service I feel is not being provided.
