On August 19th, I tried unsuccessfully to download the software to process my 2018 W2. I have paid the fee, it processed just fine, however the software would not down load and the session was unable to coninue. I have returned to retry the download without success and have not recieved a CD or other documents which could be used to file 2018 tases. .
Please help me download the software for 2018 taxes. Thank you.

Are you downloading to a full PC or Mac? You cannot download desktop software to any kind of mobile device. Does your computer meet the system requirements?
