Why is the summary page which lists the 1040 and W2 to be sent to the IRS missing any other forms to include?
This list being incomplete just cost be 6 months of delays.
It is missing the Schedule A and 8239.
If the summary page says to include certain forms, it should list them all.
Then, I can't enter any kind of ticket or email Intuit to improve the software.

Not sure what you mailed in from a summary screen ... but if you click on the Print option you are given several options on what to get in the PDF ... if you pick the first one the forms and instructions needed to mail in a return is presented.
What summary page are you referring to, where do you see it?
There is no such form as federal Form 8239.
Schedule A would not be present if your tax return uses the standard deduction. For 2018, single filers under age 65 have a standard deduction of $12,000 and filers who are married filing jointly and under age 65 have a standard deduction of $24,000.
The TurboTax-generated pdf of your tax return automatically includes all forms required for filing. If some form has not been generated that is clearly needed in your tax return, it means that you have not made the appropriate entries into TurboTax to cause TurboTax to generate the form.
